Signage in front of hotel was easy to miss. Loved everything about hotel once we were checked in. Close to late night food was a plus.

I was able to check in early and even got a room upgrade, so that was a big plus for me. They didn't offer me any premium member amenities though (points, snacks, etc) as they usually do. Keurig coffee machine in my room was unfortunately dirty inside. I wouldn't hang out in the area around the hotel too much for safety reasons. Otherwise it was a great stay in a great room.

Everything was great and they allowed me to check in early and even upgraded my room.

However, the inside of the coffee maker was quite dirty as I noticed by chance, and even had a hair floating in it. I tried rinsing it but the coffee still didn't taste great. It's a minor enough detail but it's attention to details like this that a 5 star review would require for me.

The area is OK but I hear from the locals that the Denny's nearby is sketch. There was a homeless guy sleeping on an outdoor sofa just outside the hotel entrance. Location is fine if all you need is uber in and out, but I wouldn't go for scenic walks.

Overall 4 stars because customer service was great but other aspects could be improved.

Very clean. Great staff. The best breakfast included that I've had at any hotel!

Staff is MORE than helpful. Location is good. Bed is comfy. Great breakfast buffet. Will highly recommend.

The location was a great spot, but sitting on it to the patio it was never cleaned. The floor was filthy, and it was garbage still on the patio packs of cigarettes. The shower in the bathroom needs a brush taken to the corners because of dirt

The staff here is great. The rooms however!!!!! The wrong size toilet seat on the toilet was not fun. Then To top it off dog food on the floor and the shower didn’t work. Hotel needs some serious updates on the plumbing. Great place to stay for a bed but if you have kids stay away.
