Incorrect Billing rates and a Frustrating Stay

I do not recommend this hotel or IHG. I called to downgrade the number of guests on my existing reservation, and instead of downgrading the overall rate, they increased it by almost $100.

Multiple calls to their front desk, reservations, and IHG office were not helpful and I was treated rudely. I still do not have clarity on how to edit my reservation and there is no email address that I can send information to.

Avoid this hotel and save yourself a frustrating stay

Decent property, better locale.

Staff was poorly trained, I stood in front of the "desk" for a few minutes waiting for the gentleman to get of his personal cell. Dishonesty prevailed; I had a confirmation for two Queens and got one king without notification. I was traveling with a business partner. Sleeping in the same bed was awful. I was not in a position to obtain another room and location as it was already 10:30 PM when I checked in. Terrible service!

The room was OK, one of the queens was suuuper loud and squeaky. And the toilet wasn't really secured to the floor, but the pillows were comfy and we really liked the Dove soap.

Breakfast was pretty bad though. One day we were down first thing and the other time we were down at 8 and both times the area was barely stocked. If I stayed here again, I'd probably not count of breakfast.

Group of 4 stayed in different rooms. Mine the toilet wouldn't flush, standing water in shower in several rooms, beeping smoke detector in one. Holes and torn towels. This place is worn out!

Overall a great hotel at a great reasonable price super friendly staff great breakfast that's included with your stay

Hotel was close to the venue but the rooms were not very clean. The breakfast appearance and presentation was really gross. We passed on breakfast but did take fruit and pre-packed items. Overheard cool mention she was out of dish soap And couldn’t wash dishes except with hot water. That’s a health code violation.

Nice clean. Good location. Friendly staff, great breakfast!
