The staff are respectful and helpful. I had a problem with one of their mini fridge's. All I had to do was call the front desk and explain my issue. Within 5min someone was in my room, and they solved the problem. Plus they have a pool and hot-tub both indoors. All the comforts of home, and more in my case.

Yuck. Dirty, broken furniture. Bathroom was not clean including a dirty shower curtain. Breakfast was free but not worth what we paid for the whole stay.

I love Marriotts. However, this put a strain on that love...no elevator and no heat made for a difficult stay. Folks were considerate but still it was not ideal.
