THIS HOTEL WAS THE PERFECT LOCATION, FRIENDLY STAFF AND COMFORTABLE ROOMS THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT BREAKFAST WAS GREAT PERFECT FOR BUSINESS OR LEISURE WOULD DEFINITELYCOME BACK AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR BUSINESS

In my 20 plus years of business travel, I have never experienced such rude staff. I was completely ignored at check in while one person was playing on her phone and she just had a very sour attitude. My bathroom was not clean and the shower gel was empty. This caused serious doubts about the cleanliness of the rest of the room.

Quick & easy check-in, nice breakfast selection. The room was comfortable but not very quiet—traffic noise and hallway sound seemed a bit loud.

I’ve stayed probably 6 or 7 times and it keeps getting grungier. Room was ok. Breakfast terrific. But something is happening here. I think needs a total rebuild. It’s a great location but right now feels almost seedy. Shouldn’t but it does. And what’s with the mandatory 50 dollar deposit. A first for me at any IHG location. Room had a few broken things so I Immediately asked for help to point out broken stuff lest I be charged for refrigerator, safe or missing bathroom door hook…. Hmmm. Tread carefully. Again room was ok, beds clean, food for breakfast I think was great.

A moldy shower was the main negative from this experience. Rooms were clean otherwise. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. Having an airport shuttle would be a major plus. Satisfactory stay otherwise.

I can't walk distances and the staff made sure I was comfortable by giving me a room next to the elevator. Any issues that arise, they are right there to take care of it.

Great service and free breakfast! It was right by the bowling lanes our team was bowling at so less travel was required. The room was good, bathroom was a little small but doable. Treadmills were good! They had 3 which was just enough.

Very great stay for my family. Everyone from hotel interacted with me and even my 3 year old to make our stay more enjoyable and fun! Clean and spacious rooms.

430 am construction trucks working back up beepers noise and dust everywhere all day. Property was hard to get to. Lobby coffee was empty 2 mornings in a row and when staff was asked to refill received dirty look and silence. Rooms are very small especially bathroom room needed Maintenace sticky shower fixture tiles falling off baseboard. Stains on carpets. Breakfast was good but stay was noisy all day.
