The fire alarm was malfunctioning resulting in false alarms, the pillows are awful, the beds are sub par (our first room had multiple springs broken), tv is small, and it is just overall a strange hotel in a strange location. Definitely not what I expected out of a Hilton, more like a Motel 6 or Days Inn. Very nice front desk folks though!

Dated property, but the staff was nice and the hotel was quiet.

Poor room quality, stained carpet and bedding

The staff was great and the lobby and restaurant are nice, but the rooms are really run down. The first night it seemed all right, but after a few nights you start to realize that everything in there is broken or really old. Heating/Hvac, bathroom fan, TV remote, light next to bed were all broken. The hot tub could have made it better, but it was empty of water and full of cones. The furniture was old and the carpet was dingy. Also the shower curtain would saturate immediately and fill the bathroom with a lake of water. We changed hotels about halfway through the trip.

The bed was awesome. Great location and people. Overall very good.

Room clean and well appointed. The bathroom sink had wide countertops on both sides of the sink, a welcome feature.

As a frequent traveler I would say the rooms are old and tired.
