I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everyone working at the hotel was kind, friendly and very efficient. Check in and check out took literally no more than a couple of minutes. Much appreciated! The room was dated but very clean and had everything you need, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, tv (cable service was a little off because it would freeze or disconnect in every other minute but that’s ok, I didn’t have much time for it anyways), blow dryer, toiletries, fresh towels, daily housekeeping service. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! There is also a restaurant on the side if you choose to have breakfast/dinner there), pool, gym etc. and free parking! Plenty of free parking! Also much appreciated! Easy access to highways and super close to everything! Great stay! No complaints at all. I’d book this hotel again. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible hotel experience. We checked in after a long day, went up to the room, and immediately noticed how dingy and smelly (pet urine?) the hallways and room was. Next thing, we opened up our room and were greeted by no bedding, sheets, pillows, blankets, nothing. And there was trash and empty water bottles on the desk and floor. Went down to the front desk and requested a different room. Second room was better but still disgusting. Hair strands on the bedding, sheets, and in the bathtub.

Never got housekeeping the two days we stayed there. I asked for extra supplies since they didn't restock us but he said he was the only one there so I had to go to the lobby to pick the items up.

Finally, the continental breakfast is $10 and had barely anything to choose from.... We paid $100+ for this experience?? And there's no airport shuttle?? Do yourself a favor, pay the extra money and go somewhere else. You're welcome.

I had a room booked for two nights, but due to flight cancelation I arrived a day late. The day of the booked check in date, I spoke with the hotel directly and told them of the issues at hand. I asked and was confirmed that if I kept my reservation and arrived one day late I would still have my room available to stay in. Upon arrival I was told my reservation was marked as a no show and didn't have a room. Staff was very unhelpful in resolving this issue. My only options were to buy an additional night at the current rate. Highly do not recommend booking at Hilton. They are not accommodating whatsoever.

We stayed here specifically because an indoor pool is advertised on the website. My daughter was turning 6 and asked to go swimming and stay in a hotel for her birthday.

I called before making the reservation to confirm that was a pool and it would be open. My husband called the day before our stay to check again - both times we were told yes, it was open and would be clean and heated. When we checked in, we were told it was closed, permanently. This was such a disappointment, especially after calling twice, even 24 hours before, to check. What a bummer since the whole point of the stay was for my daugher's special birthday request. After all the hype and excitement (which is why we did call to check the day before) it was not fun to explain abruptly, day of.

Also, the room was run down with lots of stains on the carpet, drapes, broken curtains, airconditioning unit etc.

There was street racing on the local streets from about 12AM-3AM, which the hotel cannot control, but be aware that this happens frequently in this area due to the flat stretches of roadway - it's increibly loud, and was difficult to sleep.

For positives, staff was friendly and welcoming and all areas were well-cleaned. Nevertheless, We will not stay at this location again.

While the hotel itself is dated, my room was clean and very comfortable. I checked in late on 12/18 to room 408. The heater was not working. The front desk person was so helpful and quickly put me in another room—Rm 411.
My lower rating is because I inadvertently left my Bose headphones in the room. I didn’t realize it until I was leaving on my return flight home on 12/26. The headphones were in a black softcover case. I called the hotel to inquire about the headphones being turned in to lost and found. Unfortunately, they were not able to find them. I cleaned rooms in college. I understand the temptation but it’s THEFT! I hope the individual who has them enjoys them as much as I did but also experiences karma.
