Room was uncleaned from previous tenant - as noted by a used washcloth. A/C didn't work either. Front desk service was 100%, good people working breakfast grille. $11.01 for cereal and muffins is a bit aggressive too.Report

Very Disappointing! Pool is not heated. SPA is broken. Front desk computers super slow. Employees are nice and polite so I gave them the 1 star. These comments are also said by other reviewers but management is not doing an action. Either cheap or naive.Report

This place I regret working here again the bathroom has mold all over and all the room in vent has molds I got sick my stomach hurt I threw up department health services need to come inspected asap my health and every one health need to be safe from this hazard very dangerous moldReport

Very rude service from Pinky H in the lounge. That is no way to treat a customer that was trying to make sure you were appreciated. Would never visit or recommend your hotel or service.Report
