Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Renton

Bed was sagging, heat was going in and out, bathroom has no air flow to it so it's freezing, have to ask for housekeeping to come by. Was stopped by the bagel police and told I would be charged $1.50 when there are no signs stating breakfast is not included. My company paid for 3 rooms and a conference room for a week stay so you'd think a bagel would not be a big deal. Tried to pay for the bagel and suddenly the same gentleman that stopped me didn't care. Was on the phone with a client when he repeatedly yelled 'ma'am are you getting some breakfast?' Skip this hotel if you're in town for business, you'll be miserable the entire stay.

Staff seemed stressed and overworked. My Vehicle was broken into window smashed, items stolen while in the hotelparkinglot. Felt like an unsafe area.

Unfortunately it was horrid. No heat in our room, was offered batteries to try to fix our thermostat, but it didn't work and so I huddled up the best I could. I was so happy to get out of there. The snacks they sold were all expired, didn't see one staff the whole stay. Waste of money and they did nothing to fix it after I tried to contact anyone.

Hot tub not working

Tried to book a room over the phone 6 times but was hung up on each time by a receptionist named Ashley. She was extremely rude, unprofessional and the hilton lost a customer due to her horrible customer service. I recommend booking your room elsewhere.
