Nancy and Rob were so wonderful! They have their own little portal where you they put homes they think you'll like and you can add homes too, star them, or put an X not see them again. It is very helpful. They helped us to see homes we were interested in on the same day. They truly heard what we wanted, they even came to our current home that we were renting so I could show them what we liked and disliked. They are so smart, nice and passionate. They found us the perfect home the first day it was on the market and we even got out for under appraisal price with multiple offers on the home. At closing Nancy truly looked at all the numbers and found us some money in the paperwork the title company did incorrectly. They were a dream to work with and hopefully I'm not moving again soon but if I did I would trust them to sell and buy again.

We came to Jacksonville with a list of homes we had seen online. We went through that list and then they suggested a home we might like. We bought that home. They helped us step by step. If you want good results, go with them as your agents. Rob and Nancy Hastings are a great team.

They had no problem going above and beyond even when we ran into problems with the house. They had our best interest at heart and never tried to push us into buying anything.
