Kelly went above and beyond when a family emergency arose during the process. She would call/text to check up on me and to see if I needed any help. Charley and his team is amazing.

He also managed the property for many years and always kept clear communication on what was needed with the home being that it was close by. I would highly recommend this office.

Charles Umpenhour Inc was our property manager for the last 6 years and we were very happy with how he managed our property. When appliance issues occurred we did not have to do anything, he jumped right on it. They were very good at keeping us informed regarding any issues that came up. We were so happy with his service that we ended up selling the property through him. And that experience was very good as well. He advised us what upgrading was needed to not only sell the house quickly but also what upgrades would give us the biggest bang for our buck. Incredibly the house sold within four days at a price that we couldn't imagine getting. He and his team really know what they are doing. They all were a pleasure to talk to, responded quickly to any questions and all coordinated well to help us sell our property. I would highly recommend Charlie if you need property management or if you are selling a property. You will really be surprised how easily they can get the job done for you.

I couldn't be happier with Diane and the other professionals at Charles Umpenhour, Inc. They do a great job to timely solve problems, fill vacancies, and keep tenants happy. They answer their phone every time you call, and generally go above and beyond my expectations for a property manager.

This man and his team are unbelievable. If you want to buy a house especially as a first time home buyer than Charles is the man.
