Rob & Nancy took care of us like we were family. We randomly met them at one of their open house showings and even though I have a family member who is a realtor and my husband had been talking to another company, it was clear that we needed to jump ship and work with Rob & Nancy.

From day one they were kind, attentive, and great at communication. Some realtors pester you endlessly, but not Rob & Nancy. They touched base just enough to make us feel important, but not smothered or pressured.

Even though we weren't 100% ready to buy (we were waiting on a lease to end) Rob & Nancy took countless hours of their time to show us around, never rushed us and always took time to answer all our questions.

I contacted Nancy regarding a property several months before we were due to move to Jacksonville from Ohio. Look no further! Absolute First Class Experience! Rob and Nancy are an outstanding duo!

We’re a Navy family, and we just moved cross-country with our three young children to Saint Johns County. Over the years we have bought and sold several homes, and this was hands down our best home-buying experience.

Rob and Nancy were very attentive to our needs as a growing family. We came into Jacksonville for the weekend to find a home with the little ones in tow. First off, they dropped everything to accommodate or short fused visit. They were so patient with the kids during the visit. Nancy orchestrated a fantastic line-up of homes that met our needs to a T. We probably could have picked a handful of homes that would have made us very happy. In the end we selected an amazing home with a fantastic water view, in one of the best school districts in the state, and under our budget. There was no pressure to stretch our budget. They genuinely just want to see you in the house that will make you most happy.

The negotiation process was outstanding. They are completely in tune with the market, and got us a smoking deal. The houses in our area were going for $130-140/sq ft. Rob and Nancy negotiated us down to $120/sq ft. Saved us thousands of dollars. They also did a rental analysis on our home to ensure that we could rent the house for more than our projected mortgage. This will be helpful down the road if we get stationed elsewhere.

Throughout the closing process, they provided us continual support to ensure we met all deadlines. They also set us up with fantastic homeowner’s insurance broker.

At closing, they were there at the signing to make sure I understood everything I was signing. To top it all off, when the seller left the house a mess, Rob and Nancy hired a cleaning crew so the house was spotless when we drove in with the little ones. Who does that?

On top of being excellent at their job, Rob and Nancy are two of the nicest human beings I’ve ever met. When we were stressed-out, they put us at complete ease. I have already recommended this husband/wife duo to several of our friends. The total, five-Star experience from beginning to end!

Nancy and Rob are the best realtor team around! Nancy patiently worked with me to find a home within my budget and then supported my home choice and helped me make my dream happen! And since it is an older home, there were some challenges with getting everything approved. Nancy is the master super sleuth and dug up every piece of info we needed to make it to closing. Rob worked in the background to make sure I was getting a fair deal. Not only are they amazing realtors, they are amazing people. I would recommend Nancy and Rob to anyone buying or selling a home.
