Donato and Dakbayan Realty has been one of my best experiences with a realtor in my lifetime of buying and selling homes. We first met Don when visiting Davao in August 2019, from the US, to sell our home in Davao City. My wife is Filipino, and for now we reside in the US. Working with our SPA was a breeze with Don. He handled every issue that arose, from paying taxes, homeowner's association dues, procuring the bill of sale, working with a lawyer on all documents, and much much more. He expected no money upfront; instead willing to be paid at final sale, added to his commission. Aside from professional, prompt, responsive customer service, Donato is a gentleman and a great person to get to know. We trusted him in every part of the process, and he made it as easy and worry-free for us as possible. We will surely enlist his services again whenever we need another realtor in Davao City. Not good customer service or support. No follow-up or answer to questions only sales no service.

While our actual clients are always pleased with the work we do, sometimes fake review gets into the mix. We have never worked with or corresponded with this reviewer, and Google has been notified of the issue.

Working with Dakbayan Realty was easy. Their page/website listings are always updated. Donato is very professional, his attention to detail is superb! Worth mentioning is how attentive he is in answering all my queries. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking property to buy and sell.

I have known Donato thru his website Dakbayan. When I sent him an email, he immediately replied and we started communicating accordingly. Then I arranged a site inspection of the model house and he was punctual, very nice, and so accommodating. Best of all, Donato really knows his product very well. I will definitely recommend him to my relatives and friends.
