Dave is a consummate professional - he knows the market extremely well which was critically important during our offer stage and comparable analysis. Dave found our dream home in a very tough market! We worked with Dave in the middle of a hot housing market in 2020, and we could not have made a better choice. Dave was our partner through the entire search and purchase process.
