Very nice rooms. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Enjoyed having a room with lots more space than anything in Manhattan! A cool looking, but still comfortable, leather corner sofa with a small table made it even better. Lots of friendly & helpful staff around. Our son lives nearby, so we’ll definitely be back soon!Report
The reception is phenomenal, and I had a super great check in experience. I got a $15 Lyft voucher and they also offer a credit for the restaurant (I didn’t try but that was nice). Unfortunately they don’t offer laundry service over the weekend which is disappointing. The room itself was a nice size with nice big window that opened (unsafe but cool). The bed was comfy and the couch was nice as a place to eat and relax. The bathroom could use some improvements, the shower curtain was dirty, the towels were small and not they plush. The toiletries in my shower were all empty and needed refreshed. The hotel was happy to take care of it and came as soon as I notified them but was just an inconvenience as I didn’t check before I took a shower that morning thinking they’d be full. Solid location, very easy to get a ride quickly (2 minute wait for any Uber/Lyft/taxi).Report

We have stayed there several times. Each time it was not as good as the last. The final straw was when we reserved a room when we traveled to attend my Mother's funeral. The room was guaranteed, but when we arrived at 6:15pm, we were told that they had no rooms left, and they shuffled us off to a basic business hotel that was still under construction. With the funeral the next day, we had no option but to stay where we were so as to be ready for the next day's funeral. We now avoid all Marriott properties. We stay at Hilton, who have better facilities, and have treated us much better.Report
