Shelley Dowell is an exceptionally hard working realtor. Her loyalty and dedication to her clientele is top notch and I know this from experience as I recently closed a deal with her. She prides herself in always being available to both the lender a s her clients. If you are looking for a realtor to represent you in selling or buying, I would highly recommend her!

One of the worst property management companies I have ever had to deal with. I would never recommend renting form them. The kept over $3000 in security deposits. Avoid this property management company at all costs unless you don't care about getting your security deposit back. They seem to have found a way to make college even more expensive.

Rented for a year from First Star and it was great. We had only one maintenance issue arise during our stay and it was handled by the end of the day. The maintenance crew was very nice and accommodating during this time as well. Received our entire deposit back shortly after the move out with no issues in the process. Great response time from the entire team no matter the subject and overall a great rental experience.

Read to your desire. This realty company is absolutely not ran correctly whatsoever.
I hate putting a company down, but goodness it was a horrible year with them.
