save your money and sanity it seems our experience is right in line with the rest of the reviews. we rented from first start for two years. we’ve never had a single issue, until we ended our lease and left. they are charging us $1900 for paint. we left some unpainted patched holes the size of your pinky finger, and there was obviously general paint discoloration from wear & tear after two whole years. they state in your lease they won’t give you paint colors, so you can’t repaint yourself before move out. all the walls are painted with matte so you can’t wipe clean. i assumed maybe a couple hundred dollars for paint fixes.. but no. thankfully we have purchased, so i won’t have the need to deal with this company in the future. we rented for 8 years prior to this with many other rental companies and have NEVER had anything like this, and received FULL deposits back from the two previous companies. call curtis stewart with legend realty if you’re looking for a nice and

Do not rent from this company. I'm very disappointed in our recent experience. We leased for 4 years. We were never late on a payment. We kept the house maintained and spotless. We spent 2 full weekends scrubbing the house clean
before moving out; we even took pictures. When we asked about the moving out process all we were sent was a cleaning list which we followed to a T. Out of our $1000 we received $128 back. They claimed $600 was for painting(we used the exact paint left behind in the garage to putty and then paint). And the rest was for "cleaning". When we emailed asking for an itemized cleaning list on why we were charged they would not provide one and when questioned further made it clear the owner did not even inspect the house before having it cleaned. Very disappointed!

Don't bother cleaning or painting because they'll charge you a ton no matter what. The house had mice and we were told to deal with it ourselves. It was also hard to get a hold of someone at the office for general questions.
