Fantastic stay at the Ritz, have been here before, this time with a toddler. Staff was extremely accommodating, allowing us an early check in. Zelekesh was fantastic with our little girl, she gifted her a teddy bear and a ritz lion!! Our little girl was over the moon to say the least. Sennait, Wo and Matt Deudne ensured our stay was 5 star experience, and some. If you’re looking for a conveniently located, upscale hotel, this is the place for you. 100% will stay here again.Report

This is a very nice hotel, obviously it’s a Ritz, but it has more going for it than just the pizazz. The location is excellent. It’s right on the mall, so you have access to shops and quick eats, but additionally other excellent restaurants are walking distance. Additionally there is a drug store in very short walking distance across the street, so you have easy access to replace or purchase anything from toiletries to drinks and snacks. The metro station is just across the street as well. Easy access to the monuments and the rest of downtown DC is possible from there. A great choice for business or leisure.Report
