The Collection Bridal

Walk don’t run, to The Collection Bridal. I went to two other local bridal boutiques before trying The Collection and should have just started there! They have so many beautiful styles and it did not take long before I found “the one”. Melanie specifically helped me and I am so grateful for her! She asked questions about my vision, budget and is so friendly! Even better, the alterations are done “in house”. I absolutely love that! I had fitting appointments once my dress came in and the team made sure everything was PERFECT! From try on to delivery I was impressed! Thank you Melanie and Team!!

4 years ago I told my mother that when I eventually get married, this was the place I wanted to get my wedding dress from. Well fast track to today and it happened!!! Melanie was OUTSTANDING and super patient with me throughout the process. I was stuck between two dresses and she seriously helped seal the deal by playing wedding music and putting a “bouquet” of flowers in my hands. The Collection Bridal is soo lucky to have her!!! She is one in a million!! Thank you Melanie and The Collection for having 10/10 superb service and to Lee for altering my dress just minutes after picking it out! I’m so excited for my wedding celebration!!!

I had an INCREDIBLE experience with Catherine! I showed her some Pinterest dresses I liked and she found exactly what I wanted. My wedding dress ended up being the first thing she picked out/I tried on. She has made herself available for each of my dress appointments and is the sweetest angel! I can’t say enough good things about her.

Melanie was incredible! I had already gone to other bridal shops where I didn't feel they understood my vision for my dress. Melanie not only understood but ended up suggesting things I had not thought of. It was her brilliant idea to turn a traditional veil into a cape veil. I had difficulty with their hours for alterations, but they were so helpful and suggested another seamstress who I could not have been happier with.

We have had such an amazing experience here! And our bride is definitely a COLLECTION BRIDE??

Very upset with my experience at this salon. I walked in with my maid of honor and introduced us and the lady helping us kept mistaking her for me and thinking she was the bride. After that she told us to walk around the store and choose a dress to try on and they were all worn down; beads fallen off, stains, ect. The workers didn't help pull dresses so when I did find a dress to try it would be way out of budget.

The WORST part, I was waiting in the dressing room for a robe with a dress on that I decided against, and the worker came in and told me another bride wanted the dress I had one and she proceeded to unzip the dress and take it off me without my consent. She left me there naked and uncomfortable. Left immediately. TERRIBLE experience.

Going to the Collection has always been my dream having grown up in Winter Park. I had such an amazing and perfect experience that I will always remember. Thank you Melanie for helping me find the perfect dress!

Look no further to find the dress of your dreams! Before I walked into The Collection , I checked out all the major bridal shops and hands down The Collection has the best selection, designers, and prices. However, the best part of my dress experience was Roya. She made me feel like such a special bride and was there every step of the way to help me design the dress to my inspiration dress. It was a long journey but the final outcome was all worth it. My dress was absolutely stunning and I felt like the most beautiful bride on my wedding day. Thank you Roya and Lee for going above and beyond for all my crazy and extra requests and making it all happen. I can say the most fun and exciting part to my wedding journey was the dress shopping and I will miss all of my dress appointments. Thank you again for everything!
