The Collection Bridal

The Collection Bridal is hands down the best bridal salon in the Orlando area! This was the first salon I visited in my search for a dress, and the 2nd dress I tried on here ended up being the one! Shainna is AMAZING at styling brides! She listened to what I wanted, and acted as a friend through the whole process. She picked a dress that I wasn’t interested in at all just to see some options, and that ended up being the dress I picked! She had me invision myself walking down the aisle, in the venue, sitting, taking pictures, etc... She even respected my budget! She really goes the extra mile in the whole process. I even went to two other prominent bridal salons in the area the next day and they just did not compare. Go to Collection bridal and you will not regret it!

I absolutely LOVED shopping for my wedding gown at The Collection Bridal!! It was my first stop to trying on wedding dresses on an out-of town-trip to Orlando, so I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect and if I'd feel pressured or sold to, but the experience just so wonderfully amazing!

From the get-go, Shainna was so down-to-earth and easy to talk to about my vision for the gown and was just so bubbly and full of life! Even though I was nervous, she made me laugh, made my family and friends feel so at ease, and knocked it out of the park with her gown suggestions.

Not once did I feel pressured to rush through making a decision, or changing my mind, or trying on a dress again for the second or third time. She made us feel so comfortable (we even had champagne!) and I ended up finding the perfect dress - a blush pink ballgown that I would have never expected to love so much!!

They made payments, alterations, and choosing the perfect veil and accessories so, so easy! I honestly recommend all of my girlfriends to head there if they're in town and to request Shainna, she seriously made the experience what it was!!

I got married in December and got my dress at the Collection Bridal. Shainna is honestly the best and 1000% recommend making an appointment with her. She listened to what I wanted and gave me her opinion on what she thought looked best. The first dress she pulled was the first that I tried on and it was the one. I had an amazing experience and only had one fitting and everything turned out great. Totally recommend the Collection Bridal and making your bridal appointment with Shainna.

My experience with The Collection Bridal was wonderful! I cannot thank Christina enough for all her help and patience. Even though I came into it not exactly sure of what I wanted Christina was able to understand and really listened to what I liked and disliked in order to narrow down the options. She definitely knows what she is doing and made the process so easy. It was clear she really cared and wanted to make sure we found the most perfect dress - which we did! I cannot wait until it comes in and I get to see it again!

The Collection Bridal has incredibly beautiful dresses. Top of the line customer service, helpfull staff and the whole experience was amazing. I definitely recommend this place for bridal shopping.

I originally went to this location in November for my soon to be daughter in laws wedding gown and Shaina's customer service was outstanding! She included both mothers in the discussing of what the bride wanted. This has not been the case at other venues.
We had many other shop to choose from for a dress mother of the groom dress. I HAD to go back to The Collection Bridal because of customer service. My husband and I are in the sales industry and Shaina has been the best sales counselor and advisor we have seen in many years. We did not mind spending a little more to be totally satisfied with her, the store and our choice.

GREAT JOB! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
