The Collection Bridal

We walked in and they completely ignored us. No customer service, very unprofessional. We felt unwelcomed and our business didn't mind to them.

OK, let me tell you about this place. It's THE BEST. Not only is their collection expansive with anything from top designer dresses like Lorrenzo, Berta, etc. but brides on a budget do not fear they have gorgeous dresses under 2K - 1.5K here as well. ASK FOR my girl Shaina. She is outstanding and truly had my back for the entire process - it's a lot of pressure especially when you go in with a group of people, so many opinions, etc. It can be overwhelming but Shaina was my foundation and voice of reason the entire day. She helped me truly find the dress for "me", not the dress everyone else liked. I don't know how I would have done it without her. Even after I found my dress Shaina and the Collection team have been there calling me with updates and keeping my fittings on track - I cant say enough about this place.

Shaina was a dream come true for us! She was patient and sweet and spent so much time with us. She truly wanted my daughter to find the perfect dress, and just seemed to know exactly what she wanted as well as what would look good on her. She takes her job seriously because she knows how important a wedding day is for a bride, and she is also incredibly funny. She made us feel so comfortable and we absolutely loved her!

I received tremendous attention here from the entire staff. It is a beautiful store with lovely gowns. Everything here is top level.

Christina was so nice and very helpful. She helped me decide what I liked and didn't like, and she never made me feel bad for saying no. She was very patient and I never felt rushed with her. I definitely recommend seeing her at The Collection Bridal.

The Collection Bridal has a gorgeous selection of gowns! Christina and the owner spent hours helping me find the perfect dress. They listened to what I wanted and helped me envision what my gown would look like after alterations! I highly recommend!!

Absolutely love everything about The Collection Bridal!! Shainna has been a dream true to work with. She is so kind, bubbly, knowledgeable, and fun to be around. Without her encouragement and style expertise, I would have never found my perfect dress! To top if all off, the store is absolutely stunning and has a wonderful array of options. My experience was so amazing finding my wedding dress, that I went back to look for bridesmaid dresses and Mother of the Bride dresses with my mom and sister. This process was just as fun! Thank you to The Collection and especially Shainna for making the entire process so wonderful!
