Melanie and the rest of ladies did an amazing job with everything from helping me pick the dress to alterations. I really felt like a princess on my wedding day, and my bridesmaids were incredibly happy with their dresses as well??

The whole team at The Collection Bridal was so kind and helpful throughout my entire wedding dress process!! From come to the store to try on styles, saying yes to my perfect dress, placing a special order for customizations, and 3+ fittings to get my dress fitting perfectly, the team was outstanding. I can’t thank The Collection Bridal enough!!!????

Shopping at the Collection Bridal was an amazing experience..Roya, the very knowledgeable woman that helped me with my dress, shoes, and earrings was wonderful. Lee the Taylor that removed the train and made the dress look like it was made just for me, did such a good job. I absolutely loved my dress and felt beautiful the day of my son’s wedding, I received so many compliments and I know it was because I felt so good about the way I looked. Thank you so much to all the wonderful women that that made the experience enjoyable and stress free.

The Collection Bridal is a true treasure in Winter Park! Collection Bridal was my first dress appointment and I could not have imagined a more perfect appointment. Melanie was genuine, down to earth, and really made me feel special throughout the entire appointment! The time and energy the staff poured into my experience at the Collection was a dream come true! I loved it so much, the other bridal shops I went to were incomparable to my time at the Collection. Words cannot describe how wonderful my experience has been at the Collection Bridal! I bought my dress back in November and just recently in the past few months started the process of alterations. My bridal consultant Melanie has been with me for every appointment helping me through the process. She so incredibly sweet and has great attention to detail. Everyone who works there is so kind, helpful, and pleasant. If you want the full experience and the total package when it comes to buying your wedding dress, I suggest you go here! I had such a wonderful experience with The Collection Bridal. They have gorgeous gowns. I would drive all the way from Tampa and don’t regret it. The owner and all the girls who worked there were so nice, professional, and involved. They tried their best to accommodate me. Lee is the seamstress who altered my dress and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend getting your wedding dress from here.

Melanie and her team were so wonderful to work with on selecting and perfecting both my wedding dress and reception dress. Every visit she listened, comforted, made me feel confident and comfortable. The day of my wedding, the wedding dress was beyond perfect and I received so many rave reviews about it! It was such a wonderful thing to feel so beautiful on the best day of my life!!! Melanie made getting my dress here a dream. After one consultation she knew exactly my vision of the perfect dress for me, and was so patient with me going through the options and made me feel so comfortable throughout the experience. Melanie went above and beyond adding details to the dresses so I could visualize what they would look like after alterations. I could not have had a better experience finding my dress at the Collection Bridal!

Awesome customer service!! These ladies were amazing from start to finish. I felt the difference of superior service. We visited the Collection Bridal in Winter Park a few weeks ago and had the best experience ever. They were all so attentive, professional, fun, and knew exactly what I wanted. From the moment I walked through the door, they helped us look through all the dresses and made sure we weren’t overwhelmed They truly made it an unforgettable experience. I definitely recommend coming to this shop!! Stephani was amazing!
