Sunsational Pools & Spas, Inc.

Sunsational Pools does a very good of installing your pool and keeps the process moving quickly and efficiently. They fail terribly on service and warranty items. My suggestion is to go to a pool company that stands behind their warranty and service. It doesn’t matter if you escalate to Julie or not, unfortunately, the service Dept is unorganized and lacks basic follow up.

After several months and a few hiccups along the way we now have a beautiful pool and enclosure and are waiting for the water. Can't wait to get in and enjoy Florida just a little bit more. Thanks to Sunsational pools.

Joe the Salesman doesn't call you

After speaking with 5+ pool companies for quotes we decided to sign a contract with Sunsational. We first met with Julie, the owner, at our home as well as Mara. Julie knows her stuff and was extremely transparent with how the process would go, something I personally wanted in a pool company. Our dig began on October 7th, 2020 and completed today December 3rd, 2020. Do the math. Unfortunately there are a ton of pool companies taking 4-6 months and leaving homeowners with ugly holes in their yards as well as a dangerous construction site for their children and pets. I was told we'd be done before Christmas, if it wasn't for the rain the 2nd week of October, we would of been done for Thanksgiving. I was fortunate to work side by side with Leena who helped design our pool (she's amazing), and Duncan who kept me informed DAILY of what would happen next. The entire crew Dave, Zach, Carlos, Carrie, were friendly and did what they said they would do. If you're looking for a company that won't tie up your money for MONTHS and deliver on their promises, give these guys a shout. Ask for Leena so she can help you envision your dream yard as she did for us.

We highly recommend Sunsational Pool & Spas. They designed our pool. It came out absolutely beautiful & more than we expected our pool to look. They were great to work with and everything done professionally.

What can I say other than wow!!! Sunsational Pools and Spas just completed our pool a week ago. From the day they dug to the day we started to fill the pool with water was just a couple of days over 4 weeks. When we started meeting with Pool builders, we received several quotes. One company told us it would take them 4 months start to finish. Another company told us 3 months start to finish and Sunsational Pools told us that once the permits were issued, they would have us swimming in less than 5 weeks. First off, they beat that and finished in under 5 weeks(whole project took 3 months and if the permit process had been faster with the county, we would have been swimming sooner). To compare, the first company that told us 4 months start to finish has built several pools for our friends, and they all waited 4-6 MONTHS to complete their pools. The second company that quoted us 3 months is working with a friend now, and not only did their build begin before ours, their pool is still NOT completed. PLUS they still have at least another few weeks to go. Sunsational pools is building another one of our friends pools as we speak(And this co is very busy building many pools at the same time) in week two, they are so far along and will be done in 2-3 weeks. And our friends pool is much larger than our 14x28 rectangle pool. I chose Sunsational because I knew they would not stress me out during the process, and during this pandemic, the last thing I would have wanted to endure was additional stress. I had heard from others that the Sunsational Pools team was so professional, always on time, and they keep you posted every step of the way. SO TRUE!! Even after the pool was completed, they have reached out to check on us and sent out a tech right away to fix a minor issue with our equipment that was not even an issue in the end. Just a simple adjustment. Oh and as for price, VERY competitive and not over priced like so many other builders out there. All in all, Leena, Zach, Julie, Duncan, April and the rest of the staff are top notch and hands down, the best pool builders in South Florida. THUMBS WAY UP for Sunsational Pools and Spas.

I made a contract for building a new pool with this company they supposedly taking 6 to 8 weeks to build the pool and they take 7 months to build the pool every time, they will give me stupid answers, no supervisor will come and see how the work is going i will tell everyone don't do businesses with this company is horrible never again will use they service....

Good Morning Betel! I am sorry to hear about this expirience! I do not believe you are reviewing the correct Sunsational Pools and Spas due to us not having record of proposing or signing a contract for a job under this name.
