They were a pleasure to work with. When we put a deposit down we were told when to expect them to start, and that was very accurate. They gave us an estimated timeline, and they delivered on that.

The quality of their work and craftsmanship is top notch, and they’ve been very willing and eager to make sure we were happy throughout and after this process. Thank you all so much for helping us create a backyard and pool our family loves.

As first time pool builders, both my husband and I had a lot of questions and concerns. We are so happy we chose Sunsational Pools to do the job! Our sales rep Mara was extremely knowledgeable in helping us with our design and her suggestions and expertise were key in starting our project. April was wonderful in assisting us with our tile and paver selections, and any changes or additions we needed. Duncan was VERY patient and professional with all of our questions and emails. The entire staff was great to work with, and our pool is absolutely beautiful. They were able to get everything done on time, and we couldn't be happier. I would strongly recommend this company if you are thinking of building a pool!!!

Excellent and professional pool Company. From the start of the Dig, to the travertine tiles and to finish of the turf - the fence etc. Very nice people at Sunsational pools. A real pleasure to have dealt with this Company. They have it down to a science !!! Very clean working crews. Never left any mess …I would absolutely recommend them for your pool needs. Want to thank the very nice office staff that were available at any time. Love the pool !!

Sensation pools and spas absolutely blew me away, they made it so simple and effortless, they gave me a 8-10 week build time, ended building my pool in 7 weeks.

- April was great! Helping us decide on the best back splash to match the pool color, answered every email within minutes. Really made everything so easy for us. Walked us through every step of the process.

-Can’t thank Duncan enough!! he was extremely patient with all the emails I sent his way and man did I bother him with emails.

- Zac was also a pleasure to work with, after the pool was finished, he fixed absolutely everything to the side walk that got cracked due to the machinery going back-and-forth, to the Gate being repaired after they took it down to get equipment into the yard. They repaired absolutely everything even though I’m pretty sure they didn’t have to.

So relieved I went with you guys, can’t wait for you guys to do my heater and the rest of my pavers in backyard.
