Sunsational pools?? It’s more like a sunsational mess left behind. This company subs a lot of their jobs out. Their excavation crew left an absolute mess with oil stains and dirt all over our brand new community paved streets. The homeowner who is purchasing the pool has requested that the come to clean but doesn’t appear it’s Sunsational Pools priority. I’m actually shopping for pools myself and was waiting to see my neighbors progression and definitely will not use this company.

Good Afternoon Mrs. Rivera, We did excavate the pool yesterday and have been informed of the oil stains. We have a crew coming out today to clean the road. We never anticipate something like this happening, and we will get it fixed ASAP. Thank you

We choose Sunsational Pools & Spas after meeting with numerous other pool companies. Joanna came out to see the area and listened to all our requests and she took the time until we were happy with the design. They promised to have the pool completed before Christmas and they followed through. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and responded to all our questions and concerns in a very timely manner. We could not be happier with the work they did and the finished product. Thanks to Sunsational we have a beautiful, tropical backyard oasis. We highly recommend Sunsational.

A friend recommended Sunsational Pools to us after having a positive experience with them. We set up an appointment, and Joanna came to our house to walk the space and translate our wishes into a pool design. She took our design and made it better and quoted a time to have the pool built that was almost half that of other local companies at a better price. Joanna and Sunsational Pools were always responsive to our questions throughout the build, and they completed the project not only on time but also with a exceptional level of quality. We love our pool and would recommend Sunsational to anyone looking to build a pool. Thank you!

The pool they build for me is amazing. They designed it and suggested what amenities I could have with it and everything looks so amazing that anyone who comes to see it does not want to get out of it. They build my pool with an amazing spa overlooking the lake, waterfall, waterslide, sunbed with led lights illuminating the entire pool and spa in any color u want at night and also made the patio using kool deck tech which keeps it cool no matter how hot it is outside. I never even heard os such technology before!everyones deck is so hot u can barely walk on it when it is hot. Mine is so cool that I cool lay on it while it is a 100 degrees. I highly recommend Sunsational Pools! Working with them is a pleasure! They will treat you like a family and build your pool quickly and up to the highest standard!

We searched and searched for months for the right pool builder. A neighbor's pool was built by Sunsational and she was very pleased with their work. So I decided to send the company an email. That same day, Joanna sent us a quote and continued to follow up with us until we were finally ready to take the plunge. The company was very flexible with our requests and we really appreciated all the information Joanna provided to us. She answered all our emails within minutes and made the whole experience seamless! Sunsational started digging in our backyard on March 17 and by the end of April, we had our screened in pool. Amazing company!!!

We couldn't be happier with the pool we had built recently from Sunsational. They were able to turn it into a custom tropical oasis that has a resort like feel. Everyone that came out to the house was extremely nice and willing to make sure that we were absolutely happy with our finished product. I would definitely recommend them to someone else.

I am writing a testimony on the fantastic work that the pool builder, known as Sunsational Pool and Spas, have accomplished. Since March 26, 2015 to May 09, 2015, this company has shown nothing but utmost professionalism, flexibility, and one-on-one customer care that anyone should expect from a top-notch company.
One of the best things about this amazing pool building experience was the communication. From day one, Ms. Julie and Ms. Joanna were in constant communication with us regarding every detail of the build and its step-by-step, day-to-day procedures. Every time a question was raised, the staff was readily available with the answers sought. Needless to say, this flow of communication helped alleviate a large amount of stress.
Another aspect of the company that is head- and-shoulders above the competition is the work ethic. Every day, Sunsational’s staff worked from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with hardly a break. I only counted four days where there was not a representative from Sunsational present or that work was not being completed. And this was due to inclement weather. Once the weather cleared, the company was right back to work with a vengeance. The point is that Sunsational stuck by their word to complete the whole project within four to five weeks. And with someone’s word amounting to little these days, it was refreshing to know that there are companies out there that still strive to keep their promise.
But as we all know as consumers, usually the one thing we really gauge a purchasing experience on is the customer service. What I appreciated the most was the lack of “pushiness”. From the time my wife and I stepped foot in Sunsational’s design studio and then again in their landscaping area with Mr. Scott, it was about “us” and “what we wanted”. There was no overbearing sales pitches or in-your-face “you gotta have this or your pool will suck” speeches. The whole experience was about what we wanted with advice here and there when it was warranted. Because of this outstanding customer service, Sunsational easily kept us within the budget we set without sacrificing any of the customizations we were looking for.
The true pleasure and satisfaction came on May 07, 2015. The pool was completed, but my family still had to wait at least two days prior to “testing the waters”. I was sitting outside enjoying at what had just been built when my dog started barking. I looked over and saw a couple with their two children walking up to the new fence. The couple introduced themselves as neighbors that lived about a block down who were also building a pool and started around the same time we did, though they did not have Sunsational building theirs. The two proceeded to tell me how every time they drove past my home, they would catch a glimpse of the pool and landscaping, saw how hard the company staff was working, saw how beautiful it was shaping up to be, and wanted to ask if they could see the build. Well they finally got the nerve and came up. They were not disappointed in the least. What surprised them was how fast Sunsational could complete such a “beautiful” project in the timeframe that they did (their company had still not done the Diamondbrite). Before leaving, the couple expressed that if they had to do it all over again, they would have gone with Sunsational Pool and Spas.

Sunsational Pools built our pool in Royal Palm Beach. We had a completed pool on March 1st, 2015 as promised. Everything that was promised was delivered to our satisfaction. Everyone was very professional, and helpful throughout the process. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the Palm Beach County area building or renovating a pool. I decided to build a pool to enhance and enjoy Florida living. How do you choose a company out of so many. Many of my friends had pools and many recommended their builder. I received numerous estimates. After research and careful consideration I chose Sunsational Pool. Why? Julie the owner of the company created a design that was unique. Having listened to what we wanted she was able not only to create our vision but greatly enhance it. All this was done within our budget and exceeded our expectations as to what extras we could afford. The pool was constructed in a timely manner. Careful consideration not to intrude on my neighbors and minimal intrusion on my property was foremost on their mind. Sunsational has an ongoing commitment to service and quality which has allowed my family to enjoy a truly beautiful and trouble free pool. Kudos to Sunsational.
