Our experience with Sunsational Pools and Spas has been fantastic from start to finish. I was very particular in what I was looking for and I found a company that was able to meet my high standards and exceed my expectations at every milestone. We are thrilled with the final result and want to applaud the hard work of our designer and the entire field crew – I couldn’t have picked a better company to design and build our pool. I want to give a special mention to Mara, our designer and my main line of communication throughout the project – she is a ROCK STAR. Mara was always just a phone call away, had answers to anything I wanted to know and provided the design of my literal dreams. What was in my head, she put to paper and the amazing crew at Sunsational made it a reality. The entire construction process had such a high level of quality – we really were in the best hands we could have asked for. The results (pictures) speak for themselves and we know that we will be enjoying our dream backyard for many years to come – it is truly an oasis for us.

From the initial design planning phase to the dig phase to the completion every step of the way has been a wonderful experience. The communication was top notch! The staff and all the crew members of Sunsational makes this pool company stand out from others! Can’t recommend Sunsational Pools & Spas, Inc. enough!

Overall I would not recommend contracting with them for new pool construction. I gave 2* because the construction work is well organized but some of their sub-contractors are really bad ones. Six months after construction of the pool deck, many pavers started sinking. The situation got worse and worse with some pavers more than 1” below level. I finally called the company unfortunately a couple of days after the first anniversary of the reception. They refused to repair the pool deck and asked me $2,000. I argued that the pavers could not have moved of 1” in a couple of days but they did not change their position. Deplorable after-sale service. I do not recommend

I love my pool and spa! I shopped around obviously before committing to such a large project. I found this company to be the most informative and honest which was why I went with them. We initially wanted a 8 foot pool which I told was impossible due to where I was located. They have built at least 10 pools in my village within my community over the last 4 years so I know they knew what they were talking about. My pool is just beautiful. They’ve come out anytime I’ve had concerns to address them immediately. I really like how they have connections in the industry so they get the permits quickly, they get the inspections done in a timely manner, they are just efficient with the entire project. I’m so glad I didn’t have construction going on forever. Some companies quoted me 9 months to a year for my project, they did it in 6-7 weeks!

In 2016, I purchased a pool from Sunsational Pools. Initially, the owner was very pleasant, and the pool they built was beautiful. However, over the last four years, I’ve noticed rust stains appearing at the bottom of the pool. I was told that there’s not enough gunite, causing the rebar to show through. The first spot took months to repair, requiring numerous emails and calls. When I asked about future issues, Julie, the owner, assured me it wouldn’t happen again. Yet, a few months later, another rust spot appeared nearby.

Despite my efforts, I can’t get a straight answer or proper follow-up from the company. They often use the excuse that it’s the rainy season and repairs can’t be done, which inevitably leads to another six-month delay. My husband and I even visited their office, leaving our information with the assistant, who claimed the owner was out of town and would contact us. Unsurprisingly, it’s been months with no response.

The worst part is feeling disregarded after paying for their service and ending up with a poorly built pool.

Excellent service 24x7. Sensational installed our pool over five years ago and it still looks and runs like new. Zack and team are just a text or phone call away for the occasional question or service request. We greatly appreciate their level of care, professionalism, and attentiveness. A+++

If you're thinking about hiring a pool contractor - Sunsational Pool is a perfect choice, hands down! They were knowledgeable, and their communication was fantastic. Their project managers kept very close supervision of the pool build and informed us of all status changes and inspection approvals along the way. I can't say enough how great of a decision we made hiring them for our home investment - POOL BUILD. I completely and 100% recommend them!!! Thank you Sunsational for a beautiful pool!!

From start to finish, Sunsational Pools and Spas went above and beyond. From initial consultation with David, demo with David, and the build with Duncan, everything went smooth and on schedule. April was terrific when we went to their studio to pick out tiles and decking. It’s been a year since our pool was completed, and even after the build, Sunsational pools still answered any questions we had. They honored their one year warranty on settling travertine pavers. I needed them 3 times over the past year to fix some pavers, and they responded within a few days after I notified them. The equipment is excellent, and no issues so far. I highly recommend Sunsational.
