I always enjoy staying with Staybridge!
I stayed with my dad, and we never agree when it came to room temperature. So I went down to reception for an extra comforter. The receptionist was happy to help. She gave me a warm and clean comforter. I slept feeling warm enough and woke up happy and in a good mood. Thanks, Staybridge suites!

I haven't even checked in yet and I'm already giving this hotel a 1 star. I've been waiting at the front desk for 15 minutes to check in and no one is available to check me into my room. One grounds keeper guy came by but didn't speak a word of English s he was unable to help me.

Thank you for your comment. You should not have had to wait that long for an employee. We will use your comment to assist in training so this will not occur again.

Hotel was very run down every where from the bedroom to the bathroom especially the the soap dispensers, they were very rusty and filthy it was terrible to look at, this property requires immediate renovation

Good Experience overall. But have concern for not cleaning the room daily

When I went in the bathroom the shower was dirty the wall on vanity area needs wipe down , there's some spots in the picture it looks like blood, the carpet has tears, the sofa has tears in the cushion the seat cushions has stains, the hvac return grill is dirty, when I pulled my sheets back there was a stain in the bedding, the refrigerator needs to be leveled, some items need to be dusted. The basketball court was nice, sitting area outside is nice, inside lounge looks cozy. We are paying over 200.00 a night please provide clean rooms I am in room 803

I apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. The hotel was due for a renovation until Covid struck. That renovation will now commence next year. We will research who cleaned your room to use your comments as a training tool as your room was not cleaned to the standard. We hope your future travels brings you back our way after the renovation so you can experience the difference.
