Beautiful hotel with wonderful restaurants on site. I did not stay at the hotel, but had lunch on the patio and explored the Christmas decor throughout, which was gorgeous!Report

Loved the pianist/singer/musician. Saddened he was hidden away. Disrespectful to the musician and the few people who could sit and appreciate him. Liked the Gingerbread House and Christmas Tree. But listening to him was the best of our evening!! Very attentive staff. 12/11/21Report

Fantastic experience at the Ritz-Naples Beach resort. Stayed for a conference and found the entire experience to be 5-star. Valet, front desk, pool, and maid service were excellent. Loved our room, clean, bright and great view. Was able to utilize all the services and will absolutely stay again. Checked in early and was given a room on a higher floor with a better view! All staff were especially kind and warm to our 4yo daughter.Report
