Upon check-in, we were told there would be a $100 hold placed on the credit card for incidentals. The following day, a $30 charge was pending on the credit card. I asked the attendant at the check-in desk about the charge and she had no idea and there was no manager on site. The following morning, 11/26/2021, a $120 charge appeared on my credit card, again for incidentals. The manager said he didn't know why this was happening. Also, I can understand your establishment allowing pets. But however, I don't think these pets should be allowed in the dining area. Each morning, I'm watching dogs being paraded through the dining area where I am eating breakfast. Lastly, when we checked-in on Wednesday, 11/24/2021, the time was approximately 5:45 pm. There were no lights on outside of the building. At this time of the year, it's completely dark at that time. It was very difficult to find the hotel in the dark. Later on that night after dinner when we returned to the hotel, I noticed the outside lights were on. I'm guessing they on a timer from the summer when it doesn't get dark until much later.

Positive: Friendly staff. Negative: Long ladies hair hanging on headboard, reading lamp on one side not working and mirrored light in bath not working. Mirror was spotted with toothpaste drops.

Positive: It was very clean, everything was easily accessible and staff was friendly and willing to help with every/anything. Negative: The first room we were put in had a sink that kept leaking onto floor. The hotel also hired outside contractor to run/fix their plumbing. So, the first evening we spent watching 2 men cover pipes with molding and painting the molding, while we were in bed

Could use more staff ... but the staff there are great

To loud after 9pm. Kids running everywhere without parents. Got locked in our room. Took us 15 mins to figure out how to unlock it. People playing with doorbells. Elevators smelled horrible.

Very clean and the staff was very friendly. If you have an electric vehicle, you can plug it in an outside socket, only downside is that there is only 1 working socket. Otherwise it is a great place to stay.

MARRIOTT has excellent standards with an excellent employee Jen...front desk...She went beyond to help me out . I highly recommend this Spring Hill Marriott in Ewing Township NJ.
