Really nice and spacious hotel. Rooms are large, and pool is in great proximity. The rooms are clean and updated but a bit on the boring side for design. They did not do a good job of eliminating some of the strong marijuana odors that some of the guest rooms seem to emanate, probably while the guests are staying there, but staff are kind and helpful. They have a buffet every day which is nice for guests, plus it's around the corner from a number of restaurants.

Positive: The grounds were kept up. Staff seemed attentive at times. Negative: I had a cockroach in my bedroom. The grab & go meals were subpar. They didn't have the room I had originally booked and put us up in a different room.

would have been a great stay if some level of house keeping was offered. spent three nights and room was never made up. was told at check in we were on our own. also breakfast should be made available so guest at mayo can eat before appointments. the dining area does not open until exactly 7am and many mayo appointments require 7 to 7:15 arrival. If you are catering to the Mayo clinic clientele be more accommodating of their needs and schedules. room was nice, big and quiet. very clean place as well. covid is no excuse to neglect rooms being made up. Atleast every other day. We should not have to get out own towels and coffee nor empty our trash.

Positive: Location. Negative: hotel did not have daily cleaning service. Due to covid. Not a valid excuse; since we would be out of the room when serviced. Hence, no danger of spreading the virus. They never cleaned the room whatsoever.
