Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island

No breakfast. Deserted place. Staff impolite. They do not allow you to use luggage cart so we had to bring individually our bags. Close to beach. Swimming pool is nice. Elevators smell. It's not the best place to be for all that money. Rather Holiday Inn is a lovely place that we had used earlier.Resort fees are high n hidden.

Booked Sonesta for the Pastor Who married Hubby and I, he LOVED IT!! Says He is gonna take his Wife when Their Vacation comes up in 2022!

I used to host meetings here when it was the Crown Plaza for many years and I had not been back in years. It was wonderful to be back for a meeting and Christmas Party with a large group. It was especially good to experience the restaurant (excellent), spa (Lizzie was great) and to see Eric still working at the front door, as well as Charlie!

Went for my stepdaughters wedding. The rooms are a little dated and the bathrooms are very dated. The plumbing get clogged, the showers run all day and night. The outside and beach area are magnificent. This is the main reason to stay here.

Love everything about the resort but the rooms. Lobby area and Bar are great. Rooms are outdated and dark, bathrooms needed repainting. Overall it's always great to walk right on the beach.

Stayed for 2 nights for an event and was very happy with everything. Staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel catered our event and the food was amazing! Everything was cooked perfectly. At the bar, Lisa the mixologist was so kind and knowledgeable. We told her what we liked and had her make us drinks which always turned out so good! You can absolutely tell she loves what she does and enjoys working with people!
