The hotels conveniently has valet parking upon arrival. Check-in was pretty efficient. The bedrooms are ame and the beds very comfortable. Downside:for the price of the night breakfast should be included.

Two star hotel masquerading as a four star.

Room needed repairs and smelled of weed. No call ahead valet services to have the car ready when needed. Progressive increase in room rate and parking fees was not disclosed when I made the reservation or at check in. Would not repeat, recommend, or consider for future travel.

Parking staff were rude and did not offer call-ahead valet to have the car ready each time I needed it. Had to physically present the ticket each time in person and wait on average 30 minutes for the car. Was almost late to most of our reservations, regardless of how early we planned. Upon arrival, were curt and had me park a block away before checking in because I was unsure if I'd use their garage.

Shower needed repairs, wouldn't maintain temperature and would get progressively hotter. Once to temp and the bathroom steamed, obvious weed odor that persisted until it cooled and dried. Phone did not work, had to use house phone in hallway to call front desk. Outlets so worn only one could reliably hold a phone charger overnight.

Not what I expected and will not return. Would not recommend. Will not consider other properties owned by this chain when searching for future travel.

My SO and I stayed the weekend in a deluxe room, which was spacious, clean, and the bed was super cozy. Kim and Andrew at the front desk were incredibly knowledgeable, super helpful, and quite cordial with their service and expertise. My only regret is not having the time to enjoy the bar and restaurant downstairs, but I'll be sure to next time I come to Philly!

Pretty dingy and run down. The room had a musty smeel. The bath tub was super dirty with crusted soap dripping from the soap dispenser, scratches and cracks, and hair from other guests on the shower walls. The tub didn't really drain.

Positive: Location Negative: The toothbrush they gave may as well would¿ve been paper. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were all fluffy instead of flat. They should provide options for pillows. The coffee in the room was garbage. The coffee bar never had anyone attend
