Sleep Sherpa Mattress Store

My boyfriend and I had bought a mattress online and unfortunately, it was too firm for us. When I found out about this store I loved the idea of trying out mattresses that are primarily sold online. It was a wonderful experience speaking with the manager Glenn. He knew that we were side sleepers right away just by listening to our experience with our mattress. There was zero pressure and he gave us plenty of options (different price ranges) to choose from that would fit our needs. He is very kind, honest, and knowledgeable about his field. He informed us on how to best take care of our mattress to ensure we get our full use out of it. Picking a mattress is a huge decision and he respects that. He doesn't follow you around and make you feel uncomfortable like some of the salespeople at a Mattress firm do. He gives his expertise and lets you try out any of the mattresses you want as many times as you need. At the end of our visit, he said we made his day, and it was great to hear that from him because we felt the same way! He is a genuine person trying to help everyone he can enjoy a full night's rest because he knows the value of it. If you are reading this review and considering whether or not to visit this shop, we encourage you to give it a chance because you won’t regret the experience!

This is an awesome store. After researching all these mattress reviews online, where can you test them out with a knowledgeable person? Sleep Sherpa is the place, a great mattress shopping experience! Glenn was very helpful, asked all the right questions and, never pressured us. The store is very clean, and where else can you try so many top rated mattresses in one place. I would highly recommend this store to everyone looking for a bed over any chain or big box store.

After EXTENSIVE online research, my wife and I arrived at Sleep Sharma hopeful that we’d be able to test many mattresses and make an informed decision/purchase. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. The customer service of Glenn was some of the best I’d ever received. He warmly and enthusiastically greeted us when we arrived and asked about our current mattress and preferences. Glen was personable, funny, knowledgeable, and easy going. We were encouraged to spend as long as we needed on mattresses and was beyond patient with us as our decisions changed throughout the evening. I was overwhelmed with information and nervous about selecting the very best mattress and Glenn supported our autonomy and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m 5’9 167lbs with lower back pain when I awaken and we were torn between the Lytton plush and the Winkbed plush. Lytton plush won by a hair. If it wasn’t clear, all friends and family will be referred to Sleep Sherma/Glenn as he FULLY takes care of his customers.

Glenn was AMAZING! I called in search of stomach sleeper pillow and he helped me and even ordered it for me online. He was so sweet!I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Will help you save $$$ too, plus you get to avoid the hassle of ordering a mattress online that you don't like -- instead you try them here, go home and order whichever one you want and save $. I love love love Sleep Sherpa! They have every bed in a box you could eveR imagine and you can rest your dreamy eyes on each one to try! I have now ordered 2 beds from them because the quality of service is outstanding! Glenn goes above and beyond! I’m a lifer at Sleep Sherpa for sure!

Absolutely love this store. Best mattress shopping experience ever! Glen was very helpful, not at all pushy, took his time in helping us select the best bed for our body's needs and comfort. Never tried to up sell anything. In fact, he recommended a lower priced mattress because it would be better for our backs. It helps when sales people aren't paid by commission. Very clean store, friendly and caring staff and a large selection from the online mattress bed in a box selection. The street meter parking is a bit expensive but it is Chicago. I would highly recommend this store to everyone looking for a bed over any chain or big box store.

This was one of the best shopping experiences I've had, well, ever, and far and away the best mattress shopping experience period. Easy process, no pressure, great selection. To be able to compare all the different beds all at one time made all the difference in the world. Really, though, it was all about Glenn, who made everything easy. He's super knowledgable, easy to relate to, answered all our questions with patience, and walked us through what could have been a difficult process with skill. He's the best reason to come to Sleep Sherpa Chicago versus just buying online.

I spent numerous hours shopping for a mattress and am so grateful I finally found Glenn at Sleep Sherpa. Not only did he help steer my wife and I to the proper mattress (Winkbed), he saved us money as well. Most importantly, his knowledge, personality and listening skills made this a most enjoyable shopping experience. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Glenn for your mattress needs.

I can say without exaggeration that 5 stars is not nearly enough to rate my experience shopping at Sleep Sherpa. The showroom is vast and there's no heavy salespeople breathing down your back. You can try out as many mattresses as you like, as long as you like---and ask for help when you need. I worked with Glenn, who is truly a sherpa/guru of mattresses.
