Carlos and Jade in the service department were top notch, we could not have received better customer service! My family and I were on an 1800 mile across country trip when the cruse control in our 2022 Bronco stopped working. It does not sound like much but 1800 miles of pedal work, kind of stinks. We pulled into the dealership at 5:30pm 1/2 hour before they closed, with no appointment, and Carlos said no problem let me take it back to a technician and see what we can find. The tech looked it over and said the module was out of alignment and asked us to bring it back in the morning and he would re-align and get us back on the road. That is exactly what happened! Thank you guys and the Sewell team great job and I will sing your praises to whoever will listen. :)

The folks in the service department were very helpful and professional. I had my Expedition repaired here and was treated very well by the helpful staff and the repair was completed in a timely fashion. Thanks
