NEEDED PARTS. Gave the parts department the VIN of the truck; Purchased what I though was the Front Wheel Seal that I asked for. Went to put the seal on - THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ONE. RETURNED TO PARTS DEPARTMENT the next morning to return the wrong part they sold me. THEY WOULDN'T TAKE IT BACK because a sticker was missing from the plastic bag the part came in. Tried to purchase the correct one - person on the counter isn't a parts person!!! They showed me the diagram to pick the part I wanted.Report
