Appointment scheduling is horrible!

This is the second car we have purchased at Sewell. We contacted the same sales person. Brandon and his assistant Luce, both made us feel like our time and our business was most important to them. From the time we walked in the door until we left the dealership with our new car our expectations were met with excellence throughout the entire experience.

Always goes the extra mile on service and new vehicle purchases. I have bought all my vehicle needs that Ford could provide and will continue

Had a very negative experience. My wife and I parked and then walked into the office and were not ever greeted. We went to the front desk and the lady manning the desk very rudely asked us what we wanted. When we requested a salesperson, she told us to wait and she would call someone. When the salesman arrived 5 minutes later, he asked us what we were looking for, and when we told him 2 used vehicles, he basically blew us off. He told us if we didn't see what we wanted on the side of the lot we parked on, then go somewhere else because he didn't have time to deal with people not wanting new vehicles.

I will never return to this dealership again!!!!!
