Bed uncomfortable. Ice maker doesn't work. Freeway traffic noise. Ac unit noise. When we first got there we got a room, the TV doesn't work. Techs went home already so we moved to another room. the shower was difficult adjust, either too hot or too cold. Carpet was a little overused.
Definitely not returning to this hotel. The only reason for staying there was a wedding. I prefer residence inn but this was one of the bad ones. Also several cars got broken into. Don't leave anything valuable in your vehicle.

Stayed here on November 13 & even though the one bedroom my husband originally booked was no longer available once we got to the hotel, we got a studio instead but it was still spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. The studio had a full kitchen, living room with pull out sofa bed, queen bed & a stand up shower. Really nice room & comfortable. They also give complentary breakfast. Totally recommend.

So, some good, some bad. Our family stayed for 3 nights in 2 king rooms 426 & 417 and one 2 queen room 406. The rooms are a good size and the full size fridge, and kitchen are helpful to have. The staff was always helpful with all our needs. The 3 starts don't reflect them. Breakfast was decent nothing amazing. I've had better but also had worse. All 3 mornings they switched something up. Which was nice. My family would have really appreciated a waffle maker. Room 417 had decent water pressure in shower and the bathroom was large, nice and modern with glass shower door. This room was facing the freeway and you definitely can hear the road. I wouldn't recommend this room if you're a light sleeper. We came back exhausted every night and it bothered me for a bit but I was too tried for it to really keep me from sleeping. Another thing regarding sleep. The king size bed was really hard and uncomfortable. They definitely need to upgrade the mattresses. The whole point of a hotel is to get a good comfortable nights sleep and the noise and uncomfortable bed are a nonnegotiable in my book and the number one reason I won't be returning. Room 406 faced away from the freeway and the beds were good. Overall a better room. It was a queen room. Room 426 had great water pressure and was facing away from the free way but was near the elevators. When people were talking loudly you definitely could hear their conversations. This was also a king room and they had the same issue with the hard uncomfortable bed. The location is close to Disneyland, shopping, beach & restaurants. They also started charging for parking, which I find a bit greedy. Even tho they are near of a lot of attractions it's not like they are next to Disneyland and you can walk anywhere! It wouldn't take much for this inn to be great but it seams Marriott must not care to invest. BTW we didn't see any bugs! I was checking. Yikes!!!

Very friendly and clean. Great location.

Clean and tidy. Staff was very responsive and met all my requests. Location is convenient to all freeways. Definitely will return in the future.

Last friday, we remained at this inn. It was truly helpful and near the midtown. At the point when we're in the city, it's forever our first choice to remain here. We like how cordial and inviting their staff and representatives are. A five-star positioning is merited.

I booked this hotel for a 2 night stay to attend a wedding. I use a walker and have mobility issues. The front desk clerk offered me an accessible room and it was perfect. Plenty of grab bars in the bathroom area and a secure seat in the tub. Very safe. The king size bed was so comfortable. And to wake up after a great sleep to experience a superb breakfast of fluffy scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage patties and even oatmeal, fresh fruit and yogurt. Amazing!
