Dawn and Joey at Prestige Realty of Florida are a great team and are very easy to work with. We made a trip to Florida looking for a retirement home. They assisted us in finding homes to look at that met our "wish list" and was within our budget. After setting up a number of homes for us to look at we finally found the place that was right for us. They walked us through the process of making an offer for the home which was accepted. We lived out of state and had to return home after the offer was accepted. Dawn stood in for us doing all of the things we would have to do if we had been there. She took care of everything and kept us informed of what we needed to do. She guided us through it all and even sat in for us during the final closing. We really enjoyed working with Dawn and Joey and would recommend them to anyone looking for a home!

We had a great experience buying our lakefront home. Dawn was very professional. Wonderful team that works hard for you and gets the job done. I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs.

My husband and I can't say enough good things about Dawn Miller and all of her efforts on our behalf in helping us find our current home in Florida. Dawn was a pleasure to work with and her knowledge of the areas in which we wanted to conduct our search landed us the perfect spot to call home. We gave her a specific "wish list" and she stuck not only to that list but to our budget as well. Making a move from out of State can be stressful but in our case, it required just one plane trip down and one day of house showings.
