Way way way over priced. They charge for their one bedroom what they should charge for a 3 bedroom. This isnt California!

Honestly The Pace apartments was a great place to move. I loved the amenities and area but ever since new management has taken over in July of 2021 it has gone DOWN HILL. The pool is disgusting (Green), there's Algae growing on the bottom surface, dirt marks around the lining of pool. They charge us for extra misc items that the apartment requires but I'm curious on where that money goes? All I'm saying is that I enjoyed my first 4 months here with the old management company but now I feel stuck being here.

Moved here 1 month ago, my AC has went out twice the past week. I was promised a $500 gift card once I moved in and was a resident for 2 weeks and have not received it or a response of when I will. Ownership of the complex has already changed once. No one is even in the office on Sundays and the emergency maintenance number does not work. It's 120 degrees outside, I don't have AC and don't have a way to contact anyone. This is already becoming a nightmare for me and I'm very disappointed.

I've been here for about eight months. I have really enjoyed it and the management is always responsive to any issues I have. I really enjoy the amenities including the pool and the gym which is first class. There are also peloton bikes which come in very handy whenever you want to work out. The clubhouse over the leasing office as I was also really nice. There's a pool table along with high screen TVs and it's an awesome apartment. Everything is very new and clean and I really enjoyed it.

Ever since moving here, I've been so happy with my experience. The location can't be beat! Close to the 215, right next to West Russell Animal Hospital (great vet), and right by Walmart, iHop, Ross, Lowes and 99 cent store! Tons of great restaurants and bars around here too. As for the property - it's A++!! The amenities can't be beat. Nice pool, great gym, a game room, conference room to do work, and free drinks and snacks all day every day. The office staff is great - they're all so fun and down to earth but also extremely professional. Shoutout to Melissa for being the best building manager ever!

LOVE Pace Apartments. The Property Manager, Melissa, is awesome. She always has a welcoming, smiling face when I walk in the office and addresses my concerns immediately. The maintenance guy Ryan is awesome too! Love Gigi and Ariana - they're always super kind and generous when I see them. The team that works at Pace does a great job at making residents feel at home, and that has really meant a lot for me as someone moving to Vegas for the first time. Also... the gym, pool, volleyball courts, free coffee and free booze make me feel like I live in a five star hotel! Haha. The dogs are great too - so many cute furbabies here to rub and give treats to. If I could give this place 10 stars I would, but Google only lets me do five ?

We moved into Pace Apartments a few months ago and it has been an amazing experience! The staff knows us (and more importantly, our pup) by name and always so sweet, helpful, and with treats. You can't beat the amenities: nice & sparkly pool, jacuzzi, fire pits, barbecues, volleyball court, playground, etc. The gym is very clean, has everything we need -and then some- including Peloton bikes! We put in a couple of small maintenance requests online and they came right over to help. Our puppy is our world, and we love how dog-friendly it is here. The only thing that could make this community even more amazing would be for an enclosed dog park area (hint, hint) so Baby G can play with all of his doggy neighbors. Thank you, Pace!

Please do not move here! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. My apartment was crawling with silverfish bugs. They were everywhere! Management refused to waive the lease break fee so I had to pay $3,000 just to terminate my lease and move out. Living here was a nightmare and I am so glad to be done. (Please see attached photos to see the silverfish bugs). At one point I was killing up to 5 silverfish a day. They were in my room, in the kitchen sink, in the bathroom, on the living room floors, on the walls etc. I have a monthly cleaning service and I am a very clean person so this whole ordeal was very stressful for me. Please please please do not move here unless you like bugs. Baseboards have no caulking so there are huge gaps the size of a pen. When you try to kill silverfish they run under the wall. I had to pay for pest control out of my own pocket

Thank you Pace Apartments! Sometimes looking for a new place is such a tedious process - the leasing agents made it enjoyable and easy. Now that I've lived here for a while, I can see that they truly care about their residents and our well being! The amenities are always in tip top shape, freshly cleaned daily and things working properly. If I ever have a maintenance request, it gets fixed on that exact same day! The residents are friendly, and the community is cozy. I have an assigned parking space and there is ample parking for guests so my friends are taken care of when they come visit. There are also free snacks AND free Peet's coffee.... who doesn't love free caffeine? Heheh. Shoutout to the entire team: Christina, Geneva, Ariana and Brooke. Thank you for helping me enjoy my new home!
