Maui Resort Rentals

The Hyatt Residence was a excellent rental for our family over Christmas. I booked 2 - 2 bedroom and 1 - 1 bedroom for the family. All very nice and newly remodeled. Everyone enjoyed them and the pool areas and the food was excellent. Easy walk to the Hyatt, the little kids liked the sand area pool over there also. Will definitely come back and stay here.

Great Appartment, great location. The resort is beautiful and we loved the pools and the beach access. The Appartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay.

We just spent an amazing time in Maui using Maui Resort Rentals. The condo at Honua Kai was beautiful, clean and spacious. We had a space with a den which provided an extra private sleeping area for our adult daughter. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics we needed for cooking. The beach chairs were in great shape for long, lovely days at the beach. The people at Maui Resort Rentals were wonderful and responsive. There was a small concern with a bracket in the wall and they immediately sent someone over…all fixed in a matter of minutes. Excellent customer service.

Well appointed condo in our favorite Kaanapali complex, the Alii. Maui Resort Rentals were super easy to work with and quick to reply to all of our inquires and requests. The entire complex had restricted beach access due to erosion construction so I would suggest checking on the progress prior to booking. We will return to the Alii - and try out a different condo location.

This was our first time booking through Maui Resort Rentals in Honua Kai, and we could not be happier! We had such an amazing experience from booking all the way through our stay. They were SO responsive to emails when we needed anything at all - from extra toilet paper to an extra garbage can. They truly went above and beyond in every way. The pictures of the unit were accurate and I love that we didn't have keycards - only key codes to access the unit. They made even getting towels easy, and checkin/checkout was a breeze. We will definitely use them again.

Had an overall wonderful experience at our condominium booked through Maui Resort Rentals. Service was fast and response, and while they weren't able to accommodate every need for a family traveling with 2 little kids (e.g. step stool for potty, no slip pad for the shower) they were able accommodate most. Our booking was true to the photos, as well.

I have booked a few times through MRR and love the booking process. It is easy to complete and they are very good at responding to questions. The unit, Whaler 1101, was absolutely wonderful. Perfect location, perfect view. It doesn't get more ocean front than this. The unit is large, clean and is stocked well with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. Spices are limited to salt and pepper so bring your own if you want more. Nothing negative to say about MRR or this rental experience. Mahalo!
