Marriott: Courtyard Denver Cherry Creek

I hate this hotel. There is no dining even though it says there is. The rooms are small. No full length mirrors. It feels old. Doors are hard to open. Vibe just not cool.

The room is very small, and the bathroom sink is too small to put anything. There is a very small refrigerator in the room and I couldn't sleep because of the strange noises coming from the refrigerator. In addition, you have to pay a separate parking fee for your car here. absolutely worst

I love it there convientatly located close to my Dr, clean and comfortable, my new home away from home..

We had first booked at the Wydham LaQuinta up the road, but took one look at it, read the horrible reviews and decided to stay elsewhere. For the same price, we choose the luxurious Courtyard by Marriot! This hotel is amazing! Don't hesitate to book here.

I would say to avoid this hotel! I've had good experiences with Marriott until i stayed here!
My wallet was stolen from my room and the housekeeping staff stated they never went into my room. They apparently didn't log on the sheet that they cleaned my room the day my wallet went missing. I had to call the manager Ashley back who stated she would be keeping in touch with me(lies). She told me that she did see that someone else went into my room and questioned the housekeeper. However, because she had been there for so long and never "done" this before she's innocent. My whole identity was in my wallet. I'm a travel nurse and it's already stressful working as such, but to have your wallet stolen and for it to be taken as a joke is just ridiculous. I also had DoorDash delivered and the front desk stated it never arrived..go figure. I called the general manager and he never returned my call…poor customer service.
The manager Ashley also refuses to give me my deposit back, she stated that I needed to call my bank..which I did already due to my credit cards being stolen and they told me it was the hotel that was still holding my money. I'd advice you to pay more and stay somewhere else. I'll never stay at another Marriott hotel again.

Probably best hotel I've stayed at in Denver.

Meh...just ok. Customer service was great, but parking is extra. Breakfast is extra. The rooms were average. Bathroom a little small. I did like the front desk people. Perfect service there, but the rooms were a little disappointing.

Positive: It was quiet at night! Negative: I wasn¿t fond of paying for parking in addition to the room.
