If you want to try to fall asleep to barking dogs locked out in hallways at 1 am on a week work day (with the front desk declaring we allow dogs!! ) and drunken kids screaming at 3 am (with the front desk telling you hey they drank too much) …then by all means stay here. If your into old scratched worn out furniture and carpets that look like they were cleaned in 1919 and dust everywhere indicating the rooms are not well cleaned especially during a pandemic …,then enjoy wasting your money and being taken for a fool. Run as far away as you can get from this poorly managed property that shames the Marriott name. Don't waste your $$$

Three wonderful days and had the best service in my life at the Courtyard Marriott best service in my life ever in my life God bless you Marriott in Boynton Beach on Congress footprints in the sand in the Great Outdoor Adventures and park and restaurants in and Recreations

The hotel was ok, but they use COVID not to clean the room during the stay. The bed was never made and the room was not cleaned. Sucked. Really did!

It seems that some guests receive a complimentary breakfast, but at $175 or so a night I guess I did not qualify. I think there is better value for the money and don't plan on staying there again.

On the bright side the location is good and there is a large selection of restaurants in the area.

This hotel is disgusting. Went through 3 different rooms before I was placed in one without roaches or bed bugs. Apparently this is common practice. They lied and said they would compensate with bonus points which I never received. Never received a call back, apology or anything.

This hotel is a disgrace. My room and sheets felt dirty, there was a lingering musty smell that made me feel sick after a while and there is a cockroach and bug infestation.
