The maids worked very hard during our move in cleaning. Unfortunately, the movers had arrived late which threw off the timing of our home cleaning, but Jorge and Daisy were very accommodating while dealing with moving around the last of our packing. Great house cleaning service and very professional cleaners. We are most grateful and will use them again.

These house cleaners were lights out amazing!! I needed a deep cleaning service real bad so I hired Maid VIP for my apartment. It was deep cleaned by a 2 maid team of Betty & Lulu for about 2.5 hours and was I very impressed with the results… Rock star housekeepers that I will definitely hire again.

They sent two ladies. One was lovely, but the other was very rude. She complained the entire time and refused to cooperate with. At one point, my boyfriend had to use the restroom and she refused to move her vacuum cleaner so that he could walk down the hall. We paid extra because we have dogs, but she insisted that our 15 year old pug dog be kept outside all day In the heat of Simi Valley or she would not clean. We paid extra for windows, but the service never mentions that they will only do the inside of windows.

UPDATE: Wow, Chris. I'm making up lies? First of all, I did update my card immediately after you informed me in an email that the prior card did not work. I am now going to remove it, because clearly your company cannot be trusted. Also, you did not ask me about the quality of the service. All you said is that you were "shocked" by the bad review. In fact, I moved the dogs several times in response to Betty's "requests" (which were more her yelling at me to "check my dogs because we need to clean there.") The reason we asked them to clean one section at a time was so that we could have the dogs in one room while they cleaned the others. It was over 85 degrees that day and our 15 year old pug dog does not do well in the heat. So we were trying to avoid keeping them outside. After moving the dogs twice, first to the office, then to our bedroom, Betty again yelled at me, so we did have to eventually move them outside. Also, we hired a maid service because we needed help cleaning after just having moved into a new home, so yes there were things on the floor (not underwear, but boxes and blankets, yes). Another reason we asked that the cleaner work section by section. We offered to move them and asked Betty to let us know when she needed to work in a particular area, but she wouldn't do that. My boyfriend walked in and out of the kitchen once and to the bathroom twice because he was trying to get ready for work. You guys run a cleaning service in people's homes. People need to be able to use their home while your workers are there. Needless to say, we will not be using your services again.

Hi Sangita, Unfortunately, you clearly paint yourself in a positive light by fabricating lies and only mentioning one side of the story with complete failure to tell the full truth. Good thing there are always two sides to every story. For starters, Betty never gave you an ultimatum about your pug. She politely requested that the dog be put outside because you failed to control your dog’s behavior. Constantly sniffing their feet and yelping at the cleaners while they are working makes our job harder. We’re there to be professional, efficient and make sure your home is looking great. Paying extra for animals is simply about spending extra time to clean up fur and other debris. I’m sorry you took offense to that polite request. You mention that Betty prevented your boyfriend from using his own bathroom in his own house because a vacuum was in the way? That’s a good one. Yet you failed to mention how your boyfriend kept going in and out of the kitchen while Betty was mopping and cleaning because for whatever reason it was imperative your boyfriend had to use the kitchen when we were in there cleaning. On top of it, you were also upset that our cleaners were cleaning separate parts of your home instead of both cleaners cleaning the same room together and then moving onto the next as per your request. We have certain procedures in place to be efficient and effective in our cleaning process. You claim that you were told that outside windows would be included but what’s interesting is that you personally booked your clean online without contacting us asking if outside windows cleaning was part of the deal. Again, your expectations weren’t met because again you assumed incorrectly. It CLEARLY states on our website the inside window cleaning is all we do. There is a reason window cleaning companies exist and do outside windows because a) it’s out of the scope of a normal house cleaning business and b) it’s a totally different set of liability and insurance requirements. Did you know certain chemicals must be used to clean outside windows that are harmful to pets and plants if incorrect procedures are done? That’s why we don’t do and have never done outside window cleaning. And for the final straw, you never once mentioned about the actual quality of the house cleaning when I asked you multiple times about your experience but for some reason fixated on Betty and “her rude attitude” for asking you simple requests such as putting your dog outside or picking up your dirty underwear. I don’t understand how that is consider to you “the worst cleaning experience” ever. You left tons of dirty clothes, underwear, blankets, etc all over your floor and expected us to pick it up and organize it all for you. On top of it, you wanted us to do all the closets which we did and didn’t charge you any extra. Also we did hand wipe all the window tracks which again is something we normally don’t do, but did it any way to help you out. So you claim Betty was rude yet she literally did everything you requested. And to top it off, you still haven’t paid for your $600 clean. You claim you were going to update your credit card after I told you it has been declined due to insufficient funds but instead of doing that, your efforts have been used all morning posting frivolous 1 star reviews all over the internet about our business. So who is really the one being untruthful; The one who is trying to lie her way out of paying $600 by making false claims about our cleaners or the people that came to your dirty home and made it clean again? We did our part of the deal and it’s clear you haven’t or are unwilling to do your part. Best, Chris

This is my 3rd time using them and I couldn't be happier with their service. My renter left my place a disgusting mess and MAIDVIP came to the rescue. The prices are more than fair and my place was spotless. They are very responsive when you have questions and I would highly recommend them for any cleaning needs.

I've been in a bad episode of depression and my house was a wreck, to say the least. They did an amazing job! I literally cried when I saw how wonderful my house looked. They have no idea how much that meant to me. Felt like I actually had support and someone cared. I will be using them regularly. If you're still contemplating which company to use, stop looking and book an appointment! Worth every dime.

Absolute 5 star experience. The cleaners arrived on time to the second, were extremely hard working and left no area not cleaned. They completed all the tasks I requested and then some. 5 star experience across the board.
