The room was great, the view fr outside was spectacular, and Tom at the front desk was great help in making our stay in Monterey even better

One of my favorite places to stay. Wish the bar had been open during our stay, we would have loved to have a drink next to the Christmas tree.

Everyone was very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace and robes..

This was my first time staying here. It was FABULOUS!!!!! I did an impromptu mommy daughter weekend in Monterey and this hotel was everything I was wanting. Great location to everything! The room had the most gorgeous view. I was so excited that room service was available. My daughter (5) felt like a princess. The room was so clean and the bed was so comfortable! I will DEFINITELY stay here always!!!!

This hotel is right there in the middle of cannery road in Monterey. Close to all the shops and great restaurants and a block away from the Monterey Bay aquarium. From the beginning of the service was friendly, quick and efficient. The valet, to The Host, to the bellhop, you are greeted with a friendly staff. As they say first impressions are lasting ones and this is an amazing hotel. In my room was great. It was night and friendly and I loved it. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. We had a complimentary water coffee and tea. And the bathroom was awesome. They had a shower and a tub needless to say I did bring some bubble bath and enjoyed stay. Calgon take me away.

Hotel room was ok, breakfast just acceptable. We ordered bagel and lox, which was presented in a unappealing way.

I had a wonderful stay. Great location, right next to aquarium and cannery row. Staff was pleasant and kindly gave us an upgrade. Room is very spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable and I had the most wonderful sleep. I appreciate the little touches- the bonsai, mini zen garden toy, and the real orchids.

You can park for about half hour outside the hotel when checking in. Then you can return to your car and park yourself. Otherwise valet is $45. Parking yourself in the lot is $35. We just parked a few blocks away on the street and it was an easy walk back to the hotel.

That ocean themed staircase was so neat-add more jelly fish lamps and it will be a stunner.
