Add ReviewMel Arroya, is largely responsible for my incomparable stay. Because I live in New Orleans, it was a STAYCATION. Upon arrival, I parked my car and never moved it for 4 days. Generously, they upgraded me to a suite. The catalyst was Pt Clear, Al friends met me there. They and I ALL had a ball and were treated with kindness, congeniality and VIP service from check-in to check-out. I even stayed an extra day to sit and read by the glamorous pool. I continue to return for San Lorenzo, Paradise Bar and the highly curated shop, By George. High praises for Mel and the entire staff. They define customer service in spades. Go and go…soonReport

Excellent service and atmosphere for the bars. Haven't booked a room (yet!).Report
My adult daughter and I made a quick trip to NOLA to experience the city during the holidays. The hotel and staff were amazing. The first night we enjoyed a great dinner at the little noodle house on the property. After dinner we enjoyed a few after dinner drinks at the bar. All of the staff was attentive and so nice. The next day we explored the city to see the lights inside a lot of the downtown hotels. After a day of exploring we made it to their fantastic happy hour. Breanne (sp?) was phenomenal. She took the time to write down several things for us to do that evening after our dinner. We will absolutely stay here again.Report

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago with my husband and oh my god, what a wonderful hotel! Not only is it so beautiful and eclectic but the service I received here was top of the charts to say the least. When I arrived, I was greeted by an agent named Mel. She was probably the most polite, accommodating and wonderful person I have met at the hotel. She took service to another level and she made my stay just great. She helped me with my large amount of bags and still had a smile on her face and every time I saw her she was there to help. Thank you Mel. I also would like to say that many of the bar staff were so wonderful and I wish I could remember their names. AND, the drinks were spectacular. After this experience, I will be coming more often! This place is worth the stay and money.Report
My wife and I had a great experience celebrating her birthday at the restaurant. Delicious steaks, excellent sazerac. The hotel itself is awesome. Lots of places to relax and have a drink. Beautiful courtyard and pool. The staff was also great. If we didnt live so close we would vacation here. We loved it.Report
