GOOD SERVICE

Hotel is breaking down slowly but surely. Our room had hair on the sheets, fan did not work, safe was broken, terrible smell in the room. Employees also do not speak English so it is very hard to speak with them. We will not be returning.

Muy amables los empleados y lindas instalaciones, muy bueno el desayuno

Muy buena atención. La habitación de buen tamaño y buenas instalaciones. El desayuno muy completo y rico.

Oct 2021, terrible! breakfast buffet food was not fresh, its put into containers and used the next days, beach and pool furniture was covered in mold, cleaning of the rooms was also lacking, most times they only made the bed (no new sheets, after 3 days! and we asked!) and sweep the floor and leave. the attention to detail in this hotel is gone, see the photos.

The price for the hotel is ok and down. Location was pretty good, few walks distance from the beach. Breakfast was good, but the pool is really small (doesn't seem like that in the picture) and our bathroom had a small of sewerage.

Great and helpful staff breakfast is amazing! Pool is heated, and instant access to the beach! Chairs and umbrellas are first come first serve get there quick!
