Hotel Indigo Pittsburgh East Liberty

Very nice well kept. Room was clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff. We would definitely stay again when we're back in Pittsburgh.

Loved the rooms

I'm a regular traveler and usually take room hiccups in stride, but my stay here was the most disgusting experience I've ever had. After a long day of travel and meetings, all I wanted to do was lie down and relax, but when I pulled back the sheets I was greeted by obvious bodily fluids and hair. We are talking a stain that was probably 10" across with several long hairs stuck to it and a second, smaller stain a few inches over. The hotel moved me to another room. And, while it was smaller than the one I was previously in, I was just happy to have clean sheets… or so I thought. First thing I did upon lugging my stuff to this room, was to pull back the comforter and give it a looksie. Sadly, found hair and a bit of trash on these sheets as well. While not the crime scene I found two floors below, it was still disconcerting to find, especially during a pandemic. Was planning on staying here for a few days and returning again next week, but it looks like I'll be checking out early and finding another hotel in the area. Hopefully one with a functional washing machine.

Rooms are spacious, updated, and clean. Although mine wasn't provided with a mini fridge or microwave, would have been a nice touch. Street parking is available if you look around nearby. If not there is valet service for $25 available 24/7.

This was a modern , funky hotel a few blocks from my daughter apartment. We LOVED IT ! Very comfortable, great staff. We will be back !

Very disappointed in the hotel and staff. Everyone was polite but inefficient. They did not seem to care when told about room issues- never an apology which would really be the minimum thing expected. Will not be returning to this hotel. Ceilings paper thin. Kept up for hours after midnight by guests above.

Best thing was the mattress but that did not make up for the rest of the hotel deficiencies. Could not even read in the room- too dark. Friend staying in another room had same bad experience.
