Hotel Indigo Cleveland-Beachwood

It is really nice and a great location. My one disappointment was there was no microwave.

Overall the stay was fantastic… one exception would be they forgot the tv remote

I was woken up at 7:20 in the morning to someone pounding on my door. They then attempted to enter and stopped because I had the inner lock on. When I walked up to the door it was closed but the dead bolt was off and the inner lock had been pushed forward. When I called the front desk they told me that they were sorry and that no one should have been stopping by my room at that time.

Hotel was welcoming and nicely decorated. Room was also nicely decorated Shower head was broken, unable to adjust to a comfortable position. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. I noticed small blood stains on the comforter at the bottom on the last night. I also noticed the bed skirt was stained. Fridge seems to be missing a foot.

Many of the staff were rude. Front desk had a few pleasant, but many unpleasant workers. The cafe worker gave extreme attitude. The beds & pillows were comfortable at least.

There are other hotels in the same area that offer much more for almost the same rate.

Trendy, clean rooms at a decent price.

Positive: Not much ¿ idea is good with colors to make it fun. But this one looked not well maintained Negative: Room was not well maintained and not clean. Shower was leaking, small bugs were near coffee maker, and many other things. Room pictures on booking site were nicer than reality
