Hotel Indigo Anaheim ,California

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed being within walking distance to Disneyland. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. When I checked in the person at the front was rude when explaining the pet policy first he said our dog couldn't be left alone in the room and then after complaining he told me we'd be kicked out if we were warned 2 times about our dog barking. I thought our whole vacation would be ruined. In the morning I went to the front desk and spoke to Omar, I think that was his name, and he assured me there wouldn't be a problem with us having our pet with us. He explained that as long as she was in her kennel she could be in the room and if she barked he would call us to check on her. In the end we ended up enjoying our vacation without any further issues. If you have a pet call ahead and ask they send you a copy of their pet policy in order to avoid any misunderstandings.

There is a laundry room $3 a load for each load in the dryer or washer. The washer did its job, but the dryer didn't do its job. Had to pay for the dryer twice, so bring lots of quarters.

Noise travels well in the hotel, so you can hear if a child cries, cars on the road, people talking or walking in the hall, doors closing, etc.

Despite all this we would stay here again with our pet. It was very convenient being within walking distance to Disneyland and have free parking at the hotel. The staff at the front were friendly and courteous. The rooms were well decorated, comfortable and clean.

Stayed here to visit Disneyland. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Always a plus to not have to pay for parking. We have now stayed here 4 times in the past 1.5 years and will continue to come back!

We had such a great experience at the Indigo Hotel. The restaurant staff, especially our server Jose, was fantastic. We were a large party going to the Disney resorts and it was great to be able to enjoy the lobby and the lounge and pool areas.

The rooms are very nice, big and clean! Beds were very comfortable! Staff was exceptionally nice and very professional!

This is our "go to" hotel in the area. Nice sized rooms, free, on site parking.
