The location is superb. If your get a sea facing room on one of the top floors, the view is amazing. The staff at receptions is super helpful.

The breakfast is something that disappointed me a little. Rest all looks fine.

When we were booked we informed them we had children and needed two rooms and our rooms were around the corner from each other. Thats what they considered close. Yes the situation was due to the water crisis here on Oahu. We felt if we were informed of this setup we could have tried to find better accommodations. We made the best of the situation. Then we found out that we need to find another accommodation due to the evacuation order so we called to see if we could get 2 rooms close together. Everything was going fine the cost was higher but not to steep then to get hit with a daily parking fee, and when asked why when we just stayed at this hotel there was no fee the booking agent put me on hold to go get clarification. We appreciated that he went to check for us. When he returned it was stated that there is a fee and with that fee it made our stay unlikely. Well I relayed that information to the gentleman and tried to thank him for his time and he rudely rushed the call and hung up. I find that highly disrespectful.

Although I was just using this hotel as a stop over between another island, I did stay for two nights. The room was TINY. There was literally just room enough for a bed and two end tables. The bathroom was cramped.

If you wanted a holiday, this is NOT the room for you. I have no idea if they have bigger rooms, but as an ELITE member, I would have expected better.

Very clean and in a great location. Lots of bars, restaurants, shopping and the beach within walking distance. Breakfast was a plus, they really tried to give options despite Covid. Generous with food options. Even hot options every day. Staff were very friendly, from front desk, to housekeeping and even maintenance staff. Always smiling and saying, Aloha, when they interact or see guests. Hot tub was very large so it accommodated several people without it being at all crowded. Fun rooftop out door activities available which was a fun option. Would definitely recommend.

I was not impressed with the accommodations. My stay was supposed to be 4 nights. I checked out after 2 nights. Hotel is in need of renovations. My room wasn't up to my expectations of cleanliness. The room was very stuffy and damp. The air conditioner was very loud and inefficient. It would've been nice to at least open the window more than 4 inches to get a breeze or fresh air.. The grab and go "breakfast" was laughable. Not expensive compared to others in the area, but not worth the price.
