Since I have been traveling to this area, this IHG location is the best around.

I travel every week. I always stay at IHG properties. During the past year IHG is the only Brand that I have been completely satisfied with. I was traveling to NJ when all of this started and although I missed my breakfast selection, the Brand was consistent.

Since I started traveling to this area I discovered this facility and all of my staying experiences have been pleasant. The property is clean, well maintained, and quiet. It is located conveniently with dining and shopping nearby. The staff are courteous and always helpful. Rose, Laila, Tiffany, Manu, and all the staff who's names I do not know, are always friendly and accommodating. Good Job!

As of lately I don't have much faith in hotels. In the last 30 days during my travel I have stayed at 4 hotels. 3 were below average in my opinion.

I paid for this hotel through Priceline. I arrived just before midnight at the location where I had to ring the bell at the front desk. No problem. The staff member approached the desk with no greeting or how May I help you. She stood there and said license and credit card. I advised I was checking in and handed her my card and license. She returned my cards and gave me a room key. I asked how much were the incidental fee and she said $20. The next morning I checked my credit card charges and seenI was charged an additional $105!!!!!! Again I paid for the hotel through Priceline. I called
The front desk and Anthony someone who actually cared about my concern helped me. He removed the additional charge and actually is the reason why I even rated the hotel. The guests text door were banging on the wall for about 20 minutes!!!! Dusting is also needed at this location.

Tia, Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know about you stay and your overall experience with the property. I completely understand your frustration with hotels as of late, while most properties stayed open over the past 2 years, it has been a struggle for both the properties and our guests to get back to "Normal". I do apologize for the issues that you ran into at our property and again I am thankful that you brought it to our attention so we could rectify it immediately. Stayed for the weekend for a relative's wedding. Clean and comfortable. Lots of shopping close by. Restaurant in the hotel or several close by as well.

When we checked in we were tired from traveling most of the day but our front desk assistant was very courteous and got us checked in quickly. While going to our room, the house keeping crew all greeted us with a smile and a hello.

The next morning we went to breakfast. It was delicious! Hot and fast as well.

This hotel is clean and quiet. All the staff that I have encountered have been friendly and receptive to questions and concerns.
