HORRIBLE. Hotel manager was hostile to me. .Some of the other workers, including housekeeping manager, are extremely rude. It is unfortunate because Gustavo, Javiera, Joanna, and the housekeepers are all respectful.

Greeted by friendly, courteous front desk staff made us feel warm and at home, but the biggest turn off was the urine stain on the floor in the bathroom around the toilet. The room needed another extra coat of paint on the wall as you can see the patch patch paint/unfinished. We didn't have breakfast because we weren't aware. But not the biggest issue.

I had an emergency and needed to change my arrival date. it took 20 mins to get in touch with the the front desk to change my arrival date. come to find out days later that the arrival date was never changed and still charged for the night. i had to book a hotel with tan other hotel group that had better customer service. would not recommend.

Positive: Clean room and nice staff Negative: Can be noisy in hallway as anyone talking can be heard in room. Not enough insulation in door.

Clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly staff!!!! Plenty of shopping nearby

Clean room that seemed to be recently renovated. Everything worked as it was supposed to. Front desk lady was very nice. I just wish the breakfast was included. There is an Indian restaurant connected and they serve a continental small buffet, but no meat or waffles, at a cost of $8.99. I ended up going a few blocks away to a local diner. Lastly, the doors are rather hollow and allow hallway sounds to come into room. This was annoying at 11:30pm when a loud couple was having a conversation in the hall that woke me up. Otherwise a pleasant stay in a central LI location.
